तसेच, ब्राउझरमध्ये 'पॅरेंटल कंट्रोल' ही सुविधा केवळ पर्यायी न ठेवता ती डिफॉल्ट स्वरूपात असावी. तांत्रिक स्तरावर अशा फायरवॉल उभ्या केल्या पाहिजेत ज्या अनुचित डेटा पॅकेट्सना ओळखून ते ब्लॉक करतील. केवळ वेबसाइट्स बंद करून चालणार नाही, तर ज्या सर्व्हरवरून हे साहित्य प्रसारित होते, त्या सर्व्हर्सना तांत्रिकदृष्ट्या विलग करणे गरजेचे आहे. जेव्हा तांत्रिक प्रणाली स्वतःहून अश्लीलतेला नकार द्यायला लागेल, तेव्हाच या व्यवसायाचे आर्थिक कंबरडे मोडता येईल. हे बदल जागतिक स्तरावर तांत्रिक सहकार्यातून करणे शक्य आहे.

डेटा भारत में होगा तो पुलिस आईपी एड्रेस, चैट लॉग्स और अन्य सबूत कुछ ही घंटों में प्राप्त कर सकेगी, जिन्हें वर्तमान में प्राप्त करने में महीनों लग जाते हैं। इस उपाय से विदेश में बैठकर भारतीयों को ब्लैकमेल करने वाले या अश्लील रैकेट चलाने वाले अपराधियों को पकड़ना आसान होगा। डिजिटल संप्रभुता के लिए और नागरिकों की सुरक्षा के लिए डेटा स्थानीयकरण केवल एक तकनीकी विषय नहीं है, बल्कि यह राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा का प्रश्न है। इस निर्णय से अश्लीलता के वैश्विक जाल से भारतीय समाज का संरक्षण करना संभव होगा।

आर्थिक दंड अशी सजा आहे जी सरकार आणि समाज दोन्हीसाठी फायद्याची असते. जेल सोबत फार मोठा आर्थिक दंड प्रत्येक केस मध्ये वाढवले पाहिजेत. आर्थिक दंड इतका मोठा असावा की कंपनी ला फार मोठ आर्थिक नुकसान झालं पाहिजे. जर या घाणीला पूर्ण आळा घालायचा असेल तर विदेशी सोशल मीडिया ऐवजी स्वदेशी प्लॅटफॉर्म चा उपयोग करायला सुरू करावं आणि सगळ्यानी मिळून या प्लॅटफॉर्म कहा बहिष्कार सुरू करायला पाहिजे.

पुलिस व्यवस्था के आधुनिकीकरण और प्रशिक्षण के लिए पैसे लगते हैं। सारा पैसा करदाताओं के भरोसे खड़ा नहीं होगा। मैं फिर से कह रही हूँ कि जब तक देश में सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म को अपराधी घोषित करने वाला कानून लागू नहीं होता, तब तक उन पर आर्थिक दंड लगाना संभव नहीं है। अनुचित सामग्री के मामले में प्लेटफॉर्म का विशेष व्यवहार केवल लाभ कमाने के लिए है। यदि वे व्यवसाय कर रहे हैं और लाभ कमा रहे हैं, तो वे भी इस अपराध के उतने ही दोषी हैं। कंपनी को नुकसान पहुँचाने वाले बड़े आर्थिक दंड जब तक लागू नहीं होते, तब तक ये कंपनियां इस अपराध को बढ़ावा देती रहेंगी।
