If by ‘Hindu’ meant people live in India, surely Assembly should have constitution for the people India made by the people of India. At that time some people did not want to come in Constitution, but they would come in future, and make this Country one united country, with a democratic form of government.

As per Dr. Jayakar, and other speeches it can be seen that Muslim League had played a dirty game for Pakistan. They tried to keep all things in control in any way. British rulers were giving more favorable conditions to them, as they didn’t want to transfer power smoothly and peacefully.

For the last hundred years the policy of the British Government had been one of selfishness and cunning towards countries, while in their own country they are very liberal and have a great regard for each other. For the benefit of their own people they consider it expedient to coerce and exploit other people.

Well this was clear message from the members sitting in Assembly to Muslim League, that people of India were having ardent desire to free this nation, whether they come or not.

The phrase "Union of India" is used by some politicians to create confusion among the people of India. The separatist mentality is now part of present Congress, which once tried to unite India under one flag and one identity.

We have to proceed keeping all these things in view. We hope they will soon come and take their places and share in the deliberations for framing a constitution for their country which will give it freedom, that they will join us in our march for freedom.

Chairman of the Assembly should be Chairman of the Rules Committee. The Committee members should be elected as per the procedure prescribed in the Schedule.
